IBIENE has had bare-it-all conversations with individuals doing extraordinary things and changing lives despite the limitations and challenges they experienced. The fun doesn’t end there. At IBIENE’s fifth-year anniversary, members of the community and the editorial board gathered to celebrate, thankful that the lockdown is over and covid-19 restrictions lifted. Click here to have a peek at how the party went.
So, on this sixth anniversary, IBIENE wants to give you quick tips on how you can mark those important days in your life, the date that returns every year proving that you have not given up yet. It could be a work anniversary, marriage anniversary, business anniversary, name it.
Anniversaries are an important part of life. They remind us of important events, both personal and cultural. Whether we’re marking a birthday, a wedding or civil partnership, a momentous event, or the death of a loved one, an anniversary puts a pin on the calendar to remind us of something that matters to us. It’s a chance to reflect on a relationship or a cultural identity, to come together to remember a person who’s died, or to celebrate a joyous event.
Whatever the anniversary, it gives us a chance to look back over the years since the event we’re marking, and reflect on how it has shaped us. Remembering the past (but without letting it rule us) can be an important part of understanding who we are.

Here are some activities you can do;
- Renew Your Wedding Vows
- Give Back to a Cause That Matters to You
- Launch a product, a charity, an event, or a cause you’re passionate about
- Plan an Exciting Vacation
- Celebrate With Family and Friends
- Reflect
- Do an Adrenaline Inducing Activity
- Enrol in a class to learn something new.
- Do absolutely nothing. This is absolutely fine too.
You can go on and add more to the list.
Every member on IBIENE’s editorial board thanks you for taking the time to read all posts. Your support, kind comments, and questions are the motivation that keeps us writing and bringing you the best of lifestyle.
