What can be better than a mango tasty ice cream on a hot summer day?

Peel the outer layer of the ripe mango fruit. Cut out the inner layer into the blender and blend without a single drop of water to maintain its thickness. Add milk and other fruit to taste then pour into a bowl and drop in the freezer. When the right temperature has been realized, scoop out some delicious mango ice cream and beat the heat with joy.
Mango salad:
Who said you can’t feel the sweet taste of mango in a plate of salad.

As usual peel off the outer layer of the fruit (some do without peeling it). Chop the flesh part into smaller/ slimmer boxes. Place in a bowl, pour in a little bit of lime juice and little salt, and any other vegetable or fruit of your choice. This will turn out to be a healthy snack that takes hardly more than a couple of minutes to prepare.

This will definitely make any table attractive and mouth watering.

Cut your mangoes into small cubes, pin onto a tooth pick and add two more fruits of your choice for an exploding taste.
Mango Popsicles:

Begin preparation just the way you prepared for your mango ice cream. The only difference here is that you pour into a container that can give you the freedom to cut out the frozen contents later. Stick the wooden handle to the bottom of each and you’re good to go. Kids who find it hard taking fruits will so fall in love with this.

Mango is a great addition to any sandwich or wrap because it’s healthy and amazing. To get this done lightly toast eight slices of gluten-free bread. Mix in a small bowl, mayonnaise and a few dashes of hot sauce to taste. You can also spread mango puree and spicy mayo over the tortilla and fill with mustard greens, followed by avocado slices, mango slices, and tomato slices. This wrap is raw, vegan, gluten-free and really healthy.
